About Us George Egan, President: George has been heavily involved in the horticulture, and construction business from a young age. As a teenager, he worked for a local garden center and nursery right up through college where he went to school for Architecture, Landscape Design, Computer Aided Drafting (with an emphasis on landscape architecture, and construction management). George started landscaping immediately out of college while also working for a large Civil Construction Company in Boston. Fourteen years ago, he started Egan’s Country Gardens and Egan Landscape Group. He is well versed and experienced in the following fields: Construction Management, Contract Management, Graphics Design, Landscape Construction, and Horticulture. George also holds many licenses, and certifications. He also belongs to many associations, and professional organizations in the landscape and construction field.

Deborah Egan, Office Manager: Deborah runs the daily operations at the office, and handles all of the accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll, and any other administrative duties. Deborah is usually the foreperson when a call comes into our office and she effectively handles most situations as they come into the office while transferring any issue to the appropriate person in our company.

Dan Laureanno, Accounts Manager: Dan is knowledgeable and understands the goals and priorities of the company, embodying Egan Landscape Group’s core values and clientele oriented approach. Dan is customer relations oriented. Our clients trust Dan to have their best interests at heart. This is done by nurturing the relationships and going the extra mile to foster an environment that values clients. Being open and honest about the company’s prices and business terms and being consistent over time are two key success factors that Dan has developed. Excellent communication skills cannot be overemphasized with Dan. Effective communication to the clientele and crew, attention to detail, and being readily available for questions, concerns and new landscape projects, are why Egan Landscape Group entrusts Dan to oversee any and all of our clients needs. Dan articulates the company’s products or services and explains the advantages to clients in a way that is persuasive without being pushy. Being a high performing accounts manager like Dan requires a combination of interpersonal and goal-oriented skills.

Dave Manning, General Manager: With over 30 years of landscaping experience Dave has set high standards. He thinks about landscaping the right way, and sets the team in the same direction. Dave helps grow business relationships with current clients and assists in bringing new clients on board. He helps our clients to better understand the full potential of our products and services for their landscaping needs. Dave has earn the trust of our customers and the staff at Egan Landscape Group. He has an excellent reputation because of his strong knowledge and experience. Dave is an asset at Egan Landscape Group.

Josh Baker, Head Foreman: Josh is driven in achieving quality results. He wants the work done right the first time. He’s an effective planner and very organized. Josh communicates clearly and correctly to avoid misunderstandings and frustrations. The efficiency that Josh has to adapt to change on a jobsite is key to his success as a foreman. He shares his wisdom, knowledge and experience with our clients. This also strengthens the bond and the trust between Josh and the clients.

Ryan Taylor, Irrigation Technician: Ryan is a certified irrigation technician with over 20 years of experience. He is an excellent problem solver when it comes to diagnosing issues in irrigation systems. An energetic self-starter with excellent knowledge of complex irrigation systems, their correlation with landscaping and agricultural uses. Ryan is focused on customer service and cares about helping clients know and improve their irrigation systems.

Roger Meine, Arborist: Roger Meine serves as tree and shrub care specialist at Egan Landscape Group. Roger has been a professional in tree and landscape industries for more than 40 years. With a degree in urban forestry from the University of Wisconsin, he has held professional licenses and/or certifications in 4 states and has taken part in the historic restoration of portions of Central Park in Manhattan and Prospect Park in Brooklyn, NY

Mike Johnson, Commercial Accounts Manager: As the Commercial Accounts Manager for Egan Landscape Group, Mike is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts. Business development by soliciting new commercial maintenance contracts from homeowner’s associations, industrial clients, commercial clients and property management companies. Meeting potential clients for site visits to review requests for proposals. Produce proposals for commercial and residential properties. Ensuring that customers are completely satisfied through effective communication, relationship building and regular site visits.

Jason Imes, Inventory Manager: As the Inventory Manager for Egan Landscape Group, Jason oversees making sure that materials are ordered, and the proper equipment is always on site for the labor crew, assuring they can effectively complete their tasks as efficiently as possible.
